When you get in touch

Our contact form asks for your name, email, business name and an optional message. We use those details to respond to your inquiry and discuss Pickup’s services. Please don’t include sensitive customer information.

How your message reaches us

Vercel hosts this website and processes form requests. Resend delivers your message to our team by email. These providers process information needed to operate their services. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How we measure the page

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits, views of our pricing, and contact-form activity. We do not send names, email addresses, business names or message contents to analytics, and we do not record your screen. We remove URL query strings from analytics reports.

Campaign labels may be kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and included with your inquiry, along with the trade example you selected and whether our price and terms were visible. This helps us understand which advertising brings relevant inquiries. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for analytics and campaign attribution. Advertising-platform pixels are not currently installed.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you’ve shared, reply to our email conversation or use the contact form on our homepage. We keep inquiry emails while needed for the conversation and any resulting business relationship.
